"Ian at the Inn"

My event last night was a success. Had a chance to connect with a few residents that I missed at the door and chat about some of the issues over coffee and cupcakes! Coming soon: round 2 of canvassing to make more connections!

Campaign Update: Two Weeks Left!

Two weeks remain until voting day on May 14, and my campaign team and I have been super busy. As of yesterday, I have knocked on every door in the ward... every one of them! I've had many spirited, informed, and friendly conversations. Of course, I missed many people, many of whom were not home or busy when I stopped by. No fears... I will be back! I plan to hit the trail again starting Wednesday morning after my big event on Tuesday night, May 1. If you're a resident of Ward 6, please join me at the Ramada for "Ian at the Inn."

There will be coffee, tea, and conversation. I'll tell you a bit about myself and about my ideas and vision for Ward 6. There will be a chance to ask questions and have more 1-on-1 conversations. We'll be in the courtyard, so we'll be easy to find. I'm looking forward to the event, and I'm looking forward to May 14, when we all cast our ballots! Hope to see you soon!

And keep an eye out for an article coming soon in The Daily Gleaner about Ward 6 candidates.

A Conversation with Fredericton's Infamous Blogger

While at the Fredericton farmer's market this morning, I happened to bump into Fredericton's infamous and well-known blogger, Charles Leblanc. Here's a video of our conversation, courtesy of Charles.
